Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon embodies the delicious characteristics of a classic Central Coast Cabernet. This wine opens with dense, ripe aromas of black currant, cherry, toffee, hints of cigar box and a touch of baking spices. Flavors of blue and blackberry fruits, fig, raspberry jam and subtle notes of mocha and sweet pipe tobacco fill the palate. With a finish of cherry, crushed violets and well-aged tannins, this wine pairs perfectly with grilled pork, lamb, fatty steak or a full cheese plate.

Paso Robles Highlands District
The diverse terroir of the Paso Robles AVA allows for a wide array of grape varieties to thrive. Its very hot days and cool nights, give the grapes an opportunity to develop intense fruit flavors balanced by brisk acidity – perfect for Rosé. The average diurnal temperature shift of this area can be as extreme as 50 degrees, creating an incredibly unique growing environment.
