Our 2019 Cabernet Franc will age gracefully for up to a decade and opens with delightful Bordeaux-like aromas of cassis, Herbs de Provence, crushed violet and sage. Mouth-watering intensity fills the palate with bright red and blackberry fruits, spice and earth on the finish. This wine is an ideal pairing for fried eggplant, venison, mushrooms and any triple creme cheeses.

The diverse terroir of the Paso Robles AVA allows for a wide array of grape varieties to thrive. Its very hot days and cool nights, give the grapes an opportunity to develop intense fruit flavors balanced by brisk acidity – perfect for Rosé. The average diurnal temperature shift of this area can be as extreme as 50 degrees, creating an incredibly unique growing environment.
